Mesa Gun Safes come either standard with a dial combination lock or a digital electronic lock at no extra cost. Mesa has 4 different safes, 3 shown here. A large 7236 model here, a smaller 5922 and a 60 x 30 which is the most common size today. Take a look at the size of the bolts on these safes, 1 1/2" inches of boltwork on all sides of the door. Also there is a 1/4" steel plate right here in the door which is very very good to prevent robbery. The body is made out of 11 gauge steel which is 1/8" of an inch thick and there is a 60 minute fire rating on all Mesa Gun Safes. Most gun safes have a 20, 30 or 40 minute fire rating, but Mesa goes that extra step and gives you that one hour fire rating.
